We live in a condo. The board still runs on spreadsheets. The property manager's emails get lost. Residents have no idea who pays for what or how to flag a leaking faucet without a phone call. We watched our own building spend hours every week on work that should take minutes.
Existing tools either price out the buildings that need them most ($500+ a month for a 100-unit building) or are clunky portals built in 2008 that haven't been updated. Whether you're running a 12-unit walk-up, a 200-unit mid-rise, a luxury high-rise, a townhouse complex, or a property-management portfolio across dozens of buildings — the modern software just hasn't been built for you.
So we built AedoBuild. Every plan tier scales with you: from a board of five managing one building, to a property-management firm managing fifty. Modern stack, honest pricing, Canadian from day one.
Who we are
We're a father-and-son team in Ontario. One of us writes the code, the other handles the business side. We answer support emails ourselves. When you email us, you're emailing the people building the product.
What we believe
- Software should disappear into the background. If you need a manual, we failed.
- Boards switch tools because the current one is painful. We earn each month, every month — cancel anytime.
- Your data is yours. Export it whenever, in formats other tools can read.
- Privacy is non-negotiable. PIPEDA-aligned by design. We never sell resident data. Ever.
- Built in Canada. HST is included. Your data lives in Canadian-region servers when possible.
