1. Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and AedoBuild Inc., a Canadian corporation registered in Ontario ("AedoBuild", "we", "us"). By signing up for AedoBuild you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
AedoBuild provides condo management software. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, but we target 99.9% uptime and publish incidents transparently.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, per active unit. No refunds for partial months. Stripe processing fees are separate.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, store illegal content, attack other systems, or violate anyone's privacy. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Intellectual property and no reverse engineering
All software, source code, designs, layouts, page templates, database schemas, APIs, documentation, brand assets, logos, and content that make up the AedoBuild service are the exclusive property of AedoBuild Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
You may not, and will not permit any third party to: (a) copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute any part of the service or its code; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, algorithms, or underlying ideas of the service, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction; (c) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the service; (d) scrape, harvest, index, or systematically extract data from the service, whether by automated means, headless browsers, API abuse, or otherwise; (e) rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or make the service available to any third party outside your own organization; (f) use the service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product; or (g) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, watermark, or attribution.
The AedoBuild name, logo, and product marks are trademarks of AedoBuild Inc. You are not granted any right to use them without our prior written permission. Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action, including a claim for injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of our legal costs.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you can export your data within 30 days, after which we delete it.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
