Data processing
For EU customers, we act as a data processor. Our buildings (and their property managers) are the data controllers for resident data. We've signed Data Processing Agreements with our subprocessors (Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Resend).

Where your data lives
EU customer data is stored in our EU region (AWS eu-central-1). US customer data lives in AWS us-east-1. We never move data between regions without consent.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
